I ran 6 miles today. It wasn't as warm nor as windy as yesterday, so that was nice.

@quilteryoyo Congratulations on your 3 year streak! That is really awesome!. I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. Hope you feel better soon.

@martaindale I 'm glad the running is going well. Enjoy your weekend with the kid.

@Teresa502 I am looking forward to your AT hike report.

Nice frosty run this morning @ContraryMaryMary .

Thanks @chris_in_cal . Do you have a set streak in mind, or just until you decide to stop? Great job getting out there after a long day. Those are the hardest!

Thanks @kgirlhart ! Nice running today.

I'm sorry the bug made you cry @tarun_yadavA ! Good job with the run though.

Wish I would have got the memo to check for northern lights yesterday :(. The pictures I’ve been seeing look beautiful.

I went for an easy 6.1km run. I wasn’t feeling great, and was glad to just get through it. We are having a (much welcomed) spike in temperature/humidity which my body needs time to adjust to. And out come the shorts/shorts/etc… They have been waiting for what feels like a year to come out :).

I gave myself some thinking time, but finally signed up for our local 5km the weekend after next. I’m feeling undertrained and don’t know if I should even try to beat my last years time. On the other hand, I can’t imagine sitting a race out where my kids are also racing. I’m not pressuring myself though- just happy to be outside taking part :).

    52.1/160km for May.

@chris_in_cal Keep up the good work

@quilteryoyo Hope Tippy is doing better tomorrow!

Thanks everyone for your good thoughts for Tippy. She is feeling much better. I'm thinking maybe some minor tummy issues and weather bothering her arthritis.

Great job with the streak @chris_in_cal .

Great running @kgirlhart . Sounds like you need a taper week before your trail race anyway. (Looks like you got in a nice long run after all.) Hope you don't get storms. You are going to do great next weekend.

Great park run @ContraryMaryMary . I don't think I ever run fast enough to worry about the wind chill from my speed. Great picture of the Northern Lights. They were visible here in TN, but I missed them. Saw lots of great pictures from neighbor's though.

Great running @tarun_yadavA . Hope you enjoyed your night out. Yeah for your son making 5K today! That is weird that Mother's Day isn't the same day, but Father's Day is.

@Laurz9191 You did great to muscle through your run when you weren't feeling well. Good choice to sign up for the race with your kids. You don't have to try to PR is you don't feel ready. Just enjoy it. Congrats to your 4 year old! Sounds like a fun, active day.

@martaindale I'm glad you are enjoying the camper van. I need to find somewhere that rents them so I can see how I like it and if I get the bug. They're too expensive here to buy not knowing. You're doing great with the run/walks. I hope you can get in some longer runs to give you the confidence that you can do the HM.

@AlphaHowls Hugs to you and your mom. I hope the baby monitor works so you can get some rest.
