Hey all! My name is Mohammad and I started my fitness journey in 2022. Had lost 60lbs simply by depriving myself of food and hitting the gym. I didn't fully understand nutrition and thought being in calorie deficit + low carbs + working out 3x a week was good enough.

It worked while it lasted but I'm still not in the physical shape I want to be in. I recently gained 10lbs and it all went to my stomach. This week I decided to take nutrition seriously and purchased a food weigh scale plus this membership at my fitness pal. I immediately noticed where I'm going wrong and now I am striving to improve my health and diet while maintaining my gym routine.
