Incorporate mostly unprocessed foods and get in enough protein and good fats and that's really all you need to be concerned with. Count and track calories every day accurately and stay below 14,000 calories a week.0

You can get the basic idea of how it works without even signing up for a free account, but an account gets you more features. I think they have some premium (for pay) features, too.
I'm not affiliated with the site in any way, not even as a user. I've just played with the anonymous version a little bit, know that it will create meal plans in various styles at variable calorie levels.
I would not like someone telling me what to eat, but I know that's what some people prefer, and that's fine.0
