    Finished my 10 day road trip and had a small gain. Was able to lose it the next day and then some so I'm happy about that. It feels good to be back in control again with cooking and meal planning. I thought I would have a larger gain so I'm actually pretty proud of myself. I also tracked everyday while I was away! Kept my streak going. So here's to a fresh start and hopefully a larger loss in August.

    I've been slacking off lately; it's time to make a fresh start! I will resume my weekly weigh-ins and scale app stats beginning Sunday, July 28th (3 weeks before my 66th birthday)!

    I'm hoping to get back down to the 140's by then, but I will be happy to lose at least 5 lbs.

    Hello,
    I have been struggling to reach my goal weight. I am trying to build some muscle so I know that I will see my weight fluctuate (which is just annoying but I get it). My goal overall is to tone up. I just had a small foot procedure so I can’t exercise yet, however I am motivated to start. Good luck to all. Start date 7/19.
