@AmunahSki I don't know how I missed responding to your question earlier. It is the lap/segment button that I push...am supposed to push. I wish it would just go from warm up to the drills, but it doesn't. More times than not, I'll hit the stop button instead and notice it AFTER I did the first drill. Yesterday, I did hit the segment button, but it wasn't registering a cadence, so I thought I had hit stop, hit stop to start and it did stop it, so it was all messed up. LOL

@Laurz9191 I'm glad you recovered from yesterday's hot run. Congrats on reaching 200 miles! Enjoy the obstacle course tomorrow. I'm with you with not having any upper body strength, hence one of the reasons I am going to the gym. You're going to do great!

No running. I’m on summer vacation and am either doing nothing or walking up tiny volcanoes 😅

Do tell about the tiny volcanoes....

    Enjoy your vacation @yirara !

    Great running @martaindale !

Thanks @AlphaHowls ! It is really hard to believe that August is over already!

You are doing great @SummerSkier ! You'll get to 1K miles in the first week of Sept, I'm sure. It's hard to get those miles in when being active with other things.

Great running @kgirlhart ! I'm glad Hal was finally happy with you.

You did great with the running @ContraryMaryMary . It's hard to watch the weight when you can't exercise like you are used to doing. Like you said, tomorrow is a new day.

Congratulations @tarun_yadavA ! Amazing mileage for the month.

@Scott6255 2/100 is harsh! Hitting the paces is hard when you haven't done it in a while. Your legs will figure out what what those paces feel like soon enough.

Lots of good running this month. Congrats to everyone who hit their goal!

@daria0919 I'm sorry to hear this. I hope the biopsies all come back negative. I hope you heal quickly.

@Laurz9191 I hope your knee is okay. Your crew is so cute. I hope you had fun.

@WarmJellyfish I think I missed something. What happened to your knee?

Congrats on your 10K @steviebee888 . Great job on meeting your monthly goal too.
