I’ve had the app for a while now but really haven’t used until the last 3 weeks. I was having a coffee at a cafeteria and the person next to me said he had lost 50 lbs. I asked him how and he showed me his MFP app on his phone. He said he’s been using it religiously for about 1 year and lost the weight over a years time. Anyway, he inspired me to start using it. I’m on week 3 and I have lost about 3 lbs but I have also gained muscle from working out with a trainer. My goal is to lose 50 lbs also so my journey continues. Thinking if I should get an accountability friend to push me through tough days when I want to go eat rice and beans with maduros.
