    08/27 -191.0- (Trend weight 190.8) I don’t know how I typed in my weight wrong yesterday but I did so its corrected now. The corrected weight made my comments completely null and void but it’s all accurate today. I guess I am actually trying to work my way back down to my starting weight and beyond. I started my day on the exercise bike for 31 minutes. It’s so hot yesterday and today that I think I lost the pound just sweating! Meals were good yesterday. My “approved snacks” were good choices but the quantity is still an issue. I really need to learn when to stop!

    08/28 -189.8- (Trend weight 190.7 )It’s nice to see a drop but felt a little discouraged after going to trendweight.com to find my trend this morning. This was my message:
    You have been tracking your weight for 3.3 years.
    You have 43.7 lbs to lose to reach your goal weight.
    You will reach your goal around October 31, 2038.
    You must cut 470 cal/day to match your plan.
    Humph!
    I gave my screen the middle finger and I haven't used that gesture in years!!!

    I predicted this yesterday, even though I stuck to the plan yesterday I am up a little bit. I know this is normal, but still a little annoying.

    SW: 141
    GW: 190
    Short term goal (stick with it for 60 days): 6/60

    08/24 Sat - 137.6, feeling sick today so no exercise
    08/25 Sun - 136.8, feeling better so went for a 15 mile bike ride (longest this year!)
    08/26 Mon - 136.6, 4 miles walking
    08/27 Tue - 135.6, 8 mile bike ride (so beautiful this morning)
    08/28 Wed - 136.0, 3 mile walk this morning, plan on walking at least another mile.

    @Chapter_3 Thanks for sharing those excellent words of wisdom! I think your second quote/image may be quite pertinent to me these days. I am frequently in a negative mood due to being close to coordinator for my mom and everything relating to her. Note, I am NOT an only child.

    @SheilaBoneham I am so sorry you are having such a challenging time. I have only thing that comes to my mind, and I am pretty sure I shared it before and you were confident it would not work for you. That is the possibility of eating too little. the scariest instruction I ever had to give out to my WW members was to eat more, and I cannot tell you how often there was a thank you the following week. My only other old WW suggestion inaccuracy of tracking, which I would be shocked if that was you. Has your doctor run any bloodwork to explain this issue?

    @Chapter_3 bahahaha!!! We really do need a laugh button. I’m going to follow your lead and try not putting myself in social situations that are just pure suffering!!!
    I am happy to report I live about 85% of life with a sunny outlook and positive attitude! lol sometimes my husband wants to murder me for it but he mostly knows it’s what creates the magic bubble of our life together.
    @SModa61 it just dawned on me what UAC you referenced is! I participated for two years back when I lost my original 100lb. It’s a great group. I have fond memories of a woman in the southern hemisphere who worked at an aquarium and shared the most delightful stories!!!
