Kinda managed to get my weight back close to pre-trip, but looks like I will miss the month end target. Looking at the numbers, it looks like I have been stagnant for the whole month. 7 more days for a final push, let's see how close I can get to 83KG.

9/24- My Withings scale didn't register the weigh in on my app and of course I didn’t write it down but it was 181 something.. close enough...
Dealing with what feels like deep tiredness and low motivation this week... workouts are slacking for sure. I guess its just general stress wearing on me? . I don't feel stressed but my body is telling me. Trying to get enough sleep and alone time to recharge but its tough with parents here. Alot of disturbance to my normal routine is hard.
On the positive side I am 36 days away from a long planned just girls birthday trip to Florida . I can't wait. Just hoping Hurricane Helene doesn't take too much of a toll!

Am close to the end of a two week period in which I am so busy I’m very close to burn out. I can feel it in my muscles. Two more days and I can rest. Normally at this point I would crave rich foods and wine, but all I want Is sun and air and movement. That’s unusual for me. Hoping to spend the day on my local beach with a book and picnic on the weekend.

@canadamarie - I am glad your not getting your typical cravings. You have seen some amazing progress. Are you getting burned out from work or working out? I found I hit a wall this week with working out and struggling for motivation so I am going easy.. focusing more on walking and stretching.. hang in there.. we will all have better days. I think this journey is just alot of of ups and downs and the success is all in how we handle it. A day a the beach sound exactly like what is needed.

September goal hit. YAY ME1 Its been A LONG LONG TIME since I have seen this number ( or any of the the September numbers for that matter) on the scale. Nonetheless I remain cautiously optimistic. I am always skeptical the first day or two of hitting a new low. The real key is to see if I can get my body to stabilize and stay there without big swings up or down. 7.8 lbs loss in a month is alot so I don't know what to expect. Will my body act out and fight me ?
Long term , I will be off the GLP meds at some point. Right now I know that is helping me stay in the calorie deficit , keeping the sweet cravings to a whisper and that ultimately helping with consistent loss. I am working really hard on the nutrition so I don't have a rebound when I finish utilizing the medication and have built in solid habits that I can maintain.
The hardest thing is knowing that the way I am eating now is something I will likely need to maintain for the rest of my life..unless I want to be over 200 lbs again.. its a little overwhelming in some ways.

Finally got the motivation to join this amazing thread after spending the last week reading the August one.
GOAL FOR END OF SEPTEMBER: 182 lbs
NEW GOAL FOR END OF SEPT: 175 lbs
GOAL FOR END OF DECEMBER:160 lbs
1st Sept: 187 lbs
2nd Sept: 185.5 (water weight I’m sure)
3rd Sept 184.5 lbs
4th Sept: 184 lbs (I think this is the last of the water weight now)
5th Sept 182.8 lbs
6th Sept: 182!!! 5 lbs down and have met my initial goal for the month! I have been eating clean and drinking 2 litres of water every day and I have noticed that I’m also not bloated anymore. I am excited to continue the month and see if I can beat 175 lbs 🤞🏼
7th Sept: 181.2 am sooo close to breaking into the 170’s!!!
8th Sept: 181 I had a really late lunch/dinner yesterday and I think that has impacted the scales this morning. On the positive side I hit 10,000 steps yesterday so I’m really happy about that. I have lunch out today meeting friends at a restaurant so am expecting that to show on the scales tomorrow.
9th Sept: 182 lbs - as expected post resturant weight gain. I’m not worried as I now it will even out throughout the week.
10th Sept: 181.3 lbs - slowly heading on the right direction. My weight does seem to be hovering at this point for a few days now. I hit about 5,500 steps yesterday and ate clean so am happy with that. I really want to break into the 170’s!!!!
11th Sept: 181.4 lbs 😭😭😭
12th Sept: 180.6 lbs - finally seeing some downward movement on the scales. Actually got 10,000 steps and ate my full 1600 calorie allowance yesterday so maybe a combination of both helped 🤩
13th Sept: 181.2 lbs 😭😭😭 this was a late dinner. I was at my calorie goal and did 5,000 steps yesterday so I should have been ok…. I have started doing two 20 minute walks a day into my schedule to try and increase my step count. I’m hoping to see a dip over the weekend and be firmly in the 170’s by Monday/Tuesday next week. I’ve got to remember this a long haul journey and it will take time, and I’m only two weeks into my journey so far.
14th Sept: 179.8 lbs!!!!!!!!!
Wow I’ve finally broken into the 170’s! I’ve kept calm this week and tried to get my steps in and eat clean and just stay on track. This is the longest that I’ve logged my weight on any of the blogs on this app so am proud of myself for that! Motivated to keep moving this weekend and set myself with meal prepping for the work week ahead 🙂
15th Sept: 179!
Yesterday was a good day - I got in 16,000 steps which for me is the highest amount recorded on this app ever! Plus clean eating. I have already meal prepped for the week ahead, so am motivated to see the scale moving this week.
16th Sept: 180.2!!
Late night drinks with a few too many Pringles 🫣🫣🫣🫣. I have ate very clean today and got nearly 8,000 steps in so I think I will drop back down to the 170’s in the next day or so. No regrets as I had a fab time with a dear friend.

I have been logging my weight on the app but not posting due to being super busy with home life and work. Today’s weight is a new low for me this month so am happy with that! I have been averaging 6,500 steps a day, yesterday was 11,000!

yesterday I did a treadmill session with my weighted vest, 25 minutes. It was a drag and I didn't want to do it AT ALL, but at about the 20 minute mark I started to feel better, so I did another 15 minutes of a 30 second sprint intervals with out the weight vest. Of course, keep in mind my "sprint" is more like a jog at a whopping 5.2 mph speed but I got it done. I felt better afterwards and my energy wasn't quite as zapped.. I am super sore today .

So yesterday the weather was awful so no outside steps but about 4,000 in my home. I’m very happy with the progress this month so far, I’m 10 lbs down 🥳🥳🥳 my goal is another 2 lbs by Monday morning so will keep at it! I’m meeting friends for dinner tomorrow night so I’m expecting Sundays weigh in to be higher than normal. But should recover my Monday morning!2 -

Sept 13 195.5. Been working out and getting my steps. I know stress can stall weight loss but this is crazy. I need to be good this weekend and enter everything I eat and workout. I need to see the sun soon. It has been raining for what seems like 2 weeks straight here in Florida.

@HappyDonkey75 thanks for the encouragement! Burnt out from work + too many other commitments. But last night was the last of it yay. I actually have not been working out at all which doesn’t help but I have had so little time. That’s why I’m craving movement now. Outdoor time, sun, walks, biking, maybe some weights, trampoline….

Finally got the motivation to join this amazing thread after spending the last week reading the August one.
GOAL FOR END OF SEPTEMBER: 182 lbs
NEW GOAL FOR END OF SEPT: 175 lbs
GOAL FOR END OF DECEMBER:160 lbs
1st Sept: 187 lbs
2nd Sept: 185.5 (water weight I’m sure)
3rd Sept 184.5 lbs
4th Sept: 184 lbs (I think this is the last of the water weight now)
5th Sept 182.8 lbs
6th Sept: 182!!! 5 lbs down and have met my initial goal for the month! I have been eating clean and drinking 2 litres of water every day and I have noticed that I’m also not bloated anymore. I am excited to continue the month and see if I can beat 175 lbs 🤞🏼
7th Sept: 181.2 am sooo close to breaking into the 170’s!!!
8th Sept: 181 I had a really late lunch/dinner yesterday and I think that has impacted the scales this morning. On the positive side I hit 10,000 steps yesterday so I’m really happy about that. I have lunch out today meeting friends at a restaurant so am expecting that to show on the scales tomorrow.
9th Sept: 182 lbs - as expected post resturant weight gain. I’m not worried as I now it will even out throughout the week.
10th Sept: 181.3 lbs - slowly heading on the right direction. My weight does seem to be hovering at this point for a few days now. I hit about 5,500 steps yesterday and ate clean so am happy with that. I really want to break into the 170’s!!!!
11th Sept: 181.4 lbs 😭😭😭
12th Sept: 180.6 lbs - finally seeing some downward movement on the scales. Actually got 10,000 steps and ate my full 1600 calorie allowance yesterday so maybe a combination of both helped 🤩
13th Sept: 181.2 lbs 😭😭😭 this was a late dinner. I was at my calorie goal and did 5,000 steps yesterday so I should have been ok…. I have started doing two 20 minute walks a day into my schedule to try and increase my step count. I’m hoping to see a dip over the weekend and be firmly in the 170’s by Monday/Tuesday next week. I’ve got to remember this a long haul journey and it will take time, and I’m only two weeks into my journey so far.
14th Sept: 179.8 lbs!!!!!!!!!
Wow I’ve finally broken into the 170’s! I’ve kept calm this week and tried to get my steps in and eat clean and just stay on track. This is the longest that I’ve logged my weight on any of the blogs on this app so am proud of myself for that! Motivated to keep moving this weekend and set myself with meal prepping for the work week ahead 🙂
15th Sept: 179!
Yesterday was a good day - I got in 16,000 steps which for me is the highest amount recorded on this app ever! Plus clean eating. I have already meal prepped for the week ahead, so am motivated to see the scale moving this week.
16th Sept: 180.2!!
Late night drinks with a few too many Pringles 🫣🫣🫣🫣. I have ate very clean today and got nearly 8,000 steps in so I think I will drop back down to the 170’s in the next day or so. No regrets as I had a fab time with a dear friend.
26th Sept - 178.2 lbs
I have been logging my weight on the app but not posting due to being super busy with home life and work. Today’s weight is a new low for me this month so am happy with that! I have been averaging 6,500 steps a day, yesterday was 11,000!
Have continued to drink my water despite the million trips to the loo. It’s now the last few days of the month so every day counts to try and really And get as close as possible to the end of month goal of 175 lbs
27th Sept: 177 lbs ❤️❤️❤️❤️
So yesterday the weather was awful so no outside steps but about 4,000 in my home. I’m very happy with the progress this month so far, I’m 10 lbs down 🥳🥳🥳 my goal is another 2 lbs by Monday morning so will keep at it! I’m meeting friends for dinner tomorrow night so I’m expecting Sundays weigh in to be higher than normal. But should recover my Monday morning!

My Saturday night dinner out has been cancelled so my brother and I ordered a take away for lunch yesterday. It was a healthy one but nonetheless the scales are back up. I was so full that I didn’t eat any dinner. I know I didn’t overeat yesterday to gain 1.4 lbs so it’s the salt most likely. Anyway 2 more weigh in’s before the end of the month and I’m sure I will get back down to 177 or lower by Monday.2 -

Lately I’ve been so busy the only thing I’ve been able to manage is the calorie deficit. Would like to recommit to drinking more water, having more protein, and generally more movement. Maybe a movement challenge using my watch

Happy to see the scales have dropped back down from Fridays take away-phew! I managed to eat clean, drink my 2 litres of water and get in 12,000 steps yesterday so it just shows if you keep doing what you’re doing, it will pay off! Goal for tomorrow morning is 176 lbs and that would be 11 lbs down this month! Happy Sunday everyone0
