Sept 13 195.5. Been working out and getting my steps. I know stress can stall weight loss but this is crazy. I need to be good this weekend and enter everything I eat and workout. I need to see the sun soon. It has been raining for what seems like 2 weeks straight here in Florida.
Sept 14 195 the scale may be moving slower but Iโm feeling stronger and running faster than I have in a while so thatโs a great nsv.

Sept 29 196 Iโm ok with this. Pms and eating out so Iโm glad the number didnโt go up. One of my stressors at work happens today and tomorrow then back to normal business for Christmas time.2 -

I wonโt be able to weigh tomorrow so I put in my actual weight without rounding up. Pretty happy with the consistency. Two pounds a month is so slow, but Iโm doing it without that much restriction, so itโs very doable long term. Even in a month that was totally bananas.

Happy Sunday, everyone. I am around, just ignoring the scale and being generally moody, so I haven't been posting. It's all good though. I'll be back for October.
@jennigerding19 I did see somewhere in here that you were without power -- hopefully that's been resolved and you don't have any storm-related damage (if that's what the power issues were from).
@dannytrees1 I will indeed have an October post up by tomorrow (I have a reminder on my work calendar). And I am excited for you entering into the Spooky month. Get that Skinny Skeleton costume ready!

Not gonna weigh today because I know what the results will be..and I can't deal with that blow today..
I woke up feeling like the Michelin man from water retention, . My eyes show it, my hands are puffy.. just feeling gross and bloated... likely it was the Pizza last night , even thought it was two teeny tiney slices, one of which had a bit of sausage on it. I had a nice green salad ahead of that , more for my own "eat the good food first" plan. It sure doesn't take much to do me in and cause water retention.... which is annoying.
Nonetheless I am going to head out for an afteroon walk and hopefully feel better overall..
@ManifestingToday - sure glad your still here. Sorry about the low mood , I get it.. sometimes you need to take a break and shift gears a bit. You will come back stronger in October.

So I am missing my Sep 30 goal. I knew this was going to be tough because there'd be a week of binging and another week to recover from the binging. That's 2 weeks of no progress. I am telling myself it's a small blip in the grand scheme of things and that I am back on the path anyway.
I did an Inbody scan but this machine was different from the previous. The time of day was also different. I know I dropped weight but I think I dropped muscle mass so the body fat percentage also increased. This is not good.
I have just started PT, I will probably go at it for OCT and Nov and try to recompose my body. Still want to hit my ultimate goal weight of 79KG and 17% body fat some time in Nov.
Next Mini goal is 8 Oct, and I want my target of 82.3KG reached. Will die trying.

September is wrap
I hit my goal and then bounced up a bit so not sure I can say I hit my goal since it didn't stick. For the month I am down 6.4 lbs so that is in line with what the recommended healthy rate of loss would be..1.5-2 lbs a week. I would be lying if I didn't wish it was more like 8-10 lbs but that might be unreasonable for me.
I have been noticing clothes fitting much better and I can see some changes in the mirror. I do feel like my motivation for workouts has slacked in the last couple of weeks partially due to not sleeping well but also the added complication of having my parents here. They head home later this week. It will be hard to see them go but I am anxious to have a quiet house again and not have added tasks to add to my already busy days.
