Oct 1: 185.5
Happy to have hit my September goal where I hit 185 a bunch of times. Iβm now reliably losing 2lbs a month without too much restriction. Iβd like to see if I can bump that up to 3lbs a month. Iβm going to create a bigger calorie deficit by adding in more movement, and see what happens this month.4 -

Happy Wednesday everyone
I made a mistake by buying 4 new XL flannel shirts.
I tried to shrink them with no luck.
I guess they will end up being work shirts on the farm.
When I was at 212 the XL were snug on the belly.
I have some old L, and they fit ok
Iβm going to order one L in my favorite flannel snap button shirt and see how it looks.

Itβs a cash crop farm
With horses
And a few hobby things.
Yes the clothes fitting nice and many to large now is a great feeling π
Iβm getting close to my ultimate goal weight (175) so I believe the Large shirt will still be ok at that weight.

The new low is a bit of a false positive because I had health problems yesterday and was unable to eat. But you know what, Iβll take it!
@dannytrees1 i love that feeling of smaller clothes! Iβve started wearing the occasional Medium shirt. I used to think buying a Large shirt was exciting (as opposed to XL). But now I have a mish mash of sizes in my closet haha.

Happy to see this new low - I think I might finally be getting down in weight enough that its more noticeable even to others. Have had a few inquiries now from friends. The hubby even mentioned that my pants were looking a bit saggy these days. From my highest weight of 212, I am down 32 lbs, give or take . I don't feel like or feel like I look like I have lost that much.
I am tweaking a few things nutritionally now again to help support the heavier strength training I am doing. I didn't work out yesterday and I am not sure if I will get to it today. Maybe a walk with the dog at the very least. Lots of meetings this afternoon.
My parents left this morning after their month long visit to head home. I was so stressed the first couple of weeks of this visit but overall I really enjoyed them here. I am so grateful I had this time with them and am a little ashamed at how I was dreading it initially. This morning definitely got very emotional seeing them drive away. Dad has his cancer surgery next week. Its hard to come to terms with your parents getting older. I am hoping that I will be able to visit them around the Christmas time break.

Oct 194 This month there is a lot going on. This weekend is my hubbyβs birthday weekend and we will be in Orlando for 3 days. Then later on I have a week long cruise. So Iβd love to lose but the real goal is to not gain anything.

Yay, another Friday ! What a busy week . The house is lonely with my folks being gone and I think the animals miss them too.
Its my anniversary this weekend so hubby and I will probably take a drive and enjoy the gorgeous fall weather and maybe have a meal out which we never seem to do.
Today we are expected to get some pretty damaging winds so praying we don't lose any trees or like last time , an outbuilding from a fallen tree.

Still have not been able to eat much because of health issues but whatever, a lower number is a mood booster which will help me recover faster right? π

I am not particularly inspired this month. I will hit my initial goal of losing 15KG from 98.6KG to 83.6KG in 100 days (8 Oct). I thought I could do more but I have more or less hit a plateau and have not shifted much in September (<2KG drop).
Tracking wise, I will ease up. I just engaged a pretty high end PT and into 3rd session. So for Oct, I am not so fancied about weighing myself but to see gains in physique and muscle mass. I know September I did lose quite a bit of muscle mass and piled on some fats. I am trying to reverse that even if it means my weight isn't going to budge.
I'll be taking it easy when it comes to weight, but will improve on strength and physique. That's my Oct goal before taking my dexascan and health check in November. Then I have a 6 day family trip where I will be rewarding myself (again) for 5 months of effort.3 -

Yesterday was our anniversary. We took a ride to enjoy some fall scenery . I didn't drink near enough water, had a glass of white wine, had lunch out , ate some chocolate and had a late meal (albeit a home healthy meal) Visited with some friends over a campfire in the evening and had a really nice day overall.
