    @UTMom81 what an incredibly difficult week you have ahead of you. Sugar was beautiful and will certainly be missed deeply. So glad she was able to provide you with many wonderful memories to bring out when you most need them. Hugs as you move on to your parent’s celebration of life.     @pezhed there are certainly times I don’t like what u see either. Also, there have been “that day” when it is hard to find the energy to track. What I hit one on those moments, sometimes I purely give in, but other times I have tracked it the following day when my head is in a better place.

    Not always smooth sailing. Have to just do your best!

    @Skyleen75 and @Chapter_3 : Yes, this was a much happier fall "turnover" than last year, when the "doesn't fit but save" boxes in my attic held way more clothes than my closet! Glad to share this NSV with you both!

    09/24 -193.4- (Trend weight -193.8-) Feeling strong today and glad to be typing my weight in Positive Pink. My trend weight is still not convinced but I will work hard to prove myself worthy of a turnaround on that weight too. Dark rainy fall day here today in Northern Michigan. I have already completed a youtube video workout. I’m feeling strong and confident that it will be a good day today. Gosh, this black coffee tastes good this morning!

My choices weren’t the greatest yesterday but they were all within macros and logged. I am always a work in progress. My DGS Owen is finally getting his hard cast today. His parents were hoping it could be done a little closer to home but they still want it done in the specialty hospital 4 hours away. Please keep him in your thoughts today.
