✨ Mondays often get a bad rap, but what if we rebranded them as your most powerful day of the week? Enter mmmMondays! —a weekly reset for your body, mind, and soul. With a mix of mindful practices, data-driven insights, and intentional choices, you’ll transform any stressor into strength and begin the week with purpose. Let’s make Mondays our favorite day to thrive! 💪✨

The Challenge:

1. Meditate on the Why 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ Start with stillness. Reflect on what’s truly behind your stress or resistance.
Ask yourself:
What brought me here?
What’s the opportunity in this challenge?
How can I grow from this experience?
Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated—just a few focused minutes can unlock clarity and calm.

2. Measure 25 Data Points 📊📏
Embrace the power of metrics. Track key indicators like weight, body fat, waist size, steps, heart rate, hydration levels, and sleep quality.
Stay objective and use the data to empower your decisions. Numbers are tools, not judgments.

3. Create a Self-Fulfilling Mantra
Turn self-doubt into self-belief with affirmations that energize and inspire.
Examples:
“My progress is unstoppable.”
“This journey is a gift I give myself.”
“I am building strength and resilience every day.”
“I am radiating confidence and courage.”
“Every choice I make supports my growth.”
“My energy is aligned with my highest potential.”

Speak or sing 🎶 your mantra aloud throughout the day—let it become your anthem.

4. Fast for 24+ Hours
Reset your system with a fast. Focus on the benefits:
  1. Boosted metabolism.
  2. Enhanced mental clarity.
  3. A well-deserved break for your digestive system.
  4. Remember to stay hydrated and listen to your body.

5. Move with Intention 🤸‍♀️🕔
Use your tracked metrics to guide your activity level. Whether it’s yoga, running, or weightlifting, align your movement with your goals. Focus on purposeful, mindful movement that feels good and effective.

6. Stretch for 5 Minutes, 5 Times a Day
Short and consistent stretch breaks can ease tension, improve flexibility, and boost your mood. Five minutes is all it takes!

7. Sip on Fat-Burning, Metabolism-Boosting 🍵🍋 Liver-Cleansing Drinks
Hydration can be a game-changer. Try these nourishing options:

Broths: Bone broth, miso broth, turmeric ginger broth, veggie broth, dandelion root broth.

    Love #3. Create a Self-Fulfilling Mantra ~ haven't quite heard it put that way and will ponder on that.

    Totally agree that Mondays can be a positive springboard for the week :)

    5 and 6 are always winners for me! I need that intentionality to keep my body moving and less sore/stiff. Thank you for this @reshii_devi !

    Love love LOVE! I will 💯 do this next Monday 12/9 compiling metrics this week! Fast: I will begin my fast Sunday evening 12/8 at 6PM. May do 24, 36 or 48hrs. I’ve been thinking about a shorter fast, and this gives me no excuse! I love this challenge! Thank you!

    I love this...what a great jump start to the week AND to get my head back in the game.
    Focus is 12/9

    Some things are already in play.

    2. Measure 25 Data Points 📊📏 In Play
    I purchased a new scale and I've become obsessed with increasing my hydration as the scale reads
    that I'm dehydrated.

    3. Create a Self-Fulfilling Mantra- In play

    4. Fast for 24+ Hours I've been thinking about IF again. I've never done a 24 hour fast, the most was 20. Wondering if 24 right out the gate might be tough. This is a good kicker to get back to IF.

    5. Move with Intention 🤸‍♀️🕔 In Play

    6. Stretch for 5 Minutes, 5 Times a Day Kinda in play but not 5x a day. I like it though!
