Its that time of the year some will stay by their newer eating plan, others will decide "I'll eat moderately and enjoy it." it's a choice everyone makes that satisfies them. However, most of us, and new members to MFP come Jan will be wanting support.
Are you hoping come January you'll be able to eat better? Perhaps exercise a little more or in a different way (type)? Are you wanting to lose weight in 2025?
I belong to the 2025 Winter 5% Challenge!!! We are a very supportive group (Team, Challenge). THANKS to the 5% Challenge I've lost 108 lbs and am keeping it OFF!!! I've enjoyed it so much I am now an Over All Leader helping others along with the other 3 Over All Leaders who encourage new members to come and join us!!
Between now and when the challenge starts, we have feeds you can look over on your own time! During the next 3 or more weeks you may have a few minutes here and there to think "What do I really want?" And may be lost on how to do that. We have a working plan for you!! These are very helpful to plan things out to reach your goals!!
Here's what the challenge (Group) is
Please join this challenge and have fun as we lose 5% of our starting weight, improve our health, and make new friends. Race to "Break The Ribbon" at the finish line for 8-weeks! Have a chat or post questions in the VIP Lounge Discussion. Your friends are welcome too. Now you can write your own success story! Please read the Challenge Themes and the awesome pre-challenge activities that Heidi @hicim705 writes for us, to formulate a plan that will set the pace for your race to succeed during this Winter Season. The challenge start date is January 11!
Once you hit the JOIN Button, please pick one of the 8 teams to travel with (we keep our teams small so each member can have the help they want if requested by the member) by reading this first and picking a team (Each team has a different theme, some are completive others are not). All teams (Groups) are active, you can post daily, or 2 times a week, as much or as little as you wish to your team. It depends on your lifestyle.
