Is there a site that helps you form a plan based on the goal you provide?

Hello, I dont know if this is the best spot to post this. I have tried googling online and I feel like its hit or miss. I do track my food and watch what I eat. I've only been working out 3 days a week for 30min. (starting to get into a better routine slowly).
I have a few fitness goals in mind and what i want my body to look like but I am not sure how to get there. I would like to know if there is a site that shares what excercises/plan help you get to your fitness/body goals. I feel like that is what personal trainers are for but I don't have the money to spend so I am trying to meet the goals myself.
Thanks in advance.

Try chatgpt. I asked it to create a 4 week glute strengthening program, and it came up with a pretty decent 4 week plan. And it's free2

However dont rely on it to create a meal plan. I tried on the free version and all the macros calculation were wrong. Unreliable0
