What workout routine do you recommend for beginners?

Hello, I will start working out on a gym next week and I have no idea what routines to do. I want to toned up my body but not too bulky. Can you please help me with my workout routine? Thank you!

    Best thing to do is to get a PT sess - most gyms will offer one or two free - so that they can show you correct form. They will often plan your programme for you too.

    Oh and by the way - you won’t magically get bulky. Trust me, it takes a LOT of work to get bulky naturally.
