    Fine then not mine either

Actually when you make a claim it is kinda your job to back it up.
And when they can't back it up they give the runaround

It often feels like some folks are speaking at length about their 80% while others are speaking at length about their 20%.

Whereas you talk about your who-knows-what percentage since your diary is closed.

And attempt to make condescending comments about the youths.

If those of us who have the wherewithall to provide evidence unlike you who yet again, have provided nothing!

Some people really do just like to make pronouncements without any qualifying information which usually makes me skeptical

Don't challenge if you can't prove it.. like I 'have'... again!

Now go do some homework... for once and stop shooting at the people who do theirs already. Note these are links to the actual references as opposed to the first ten journal names I could think of

A link to a cross-sectional study looking at correlations between sleep timing and BMI, and a link to a mainstream press article talking about a mouse study?

That's your evidence? And you present it with a snarky comment about homework?

    Hehe.

Proof? Give a person the same number of calories but one eats all the healthy/clean foods while the other eats the junk. Whose body looks better?

    not factual.

I always eat late at night, why am I not obese yet. Am I special, a genetic outlier?

You don't seem to know how science works.

Anyway, just saw a commercial for a new French Fry Burger from Burger King. Have to go get one tomorrow. How many "good" calories and "bad" calories are in it?

What do I think? I think people should mind their own business and just worry about what they put in their own mouth and stop trying to dictate what everybody else should eat.

Could not have said it better. That's why some ppl block their diarys because they are afraid that others will judge them. One of my mfp's had her diary blocked for this very reason. I noticed that she was so fit and burned 600-1200 cals a day so I wondered what types of foods she ate. When she gave me her code, I was shocked to see that it was all healthy. What it did for me was give me hope knowing that I can still eat the foods that I love with a goal of getting as healthy as I can and still lose weight and be fit even if I have to work harder at it.

Well you don't get to just assert that anything you want is true and then dare everyone to prove you wrong, and call it science. If you want to establish that something is true, you need evidence.

Yet that's precisely what you've done all the way through without providing evidence. You question mine and you've still provided nothing and you think I don't get how science works
