BTW the "Statham" approach was from an interview rather than heresay. It was a pig to find because everyone only seems to care about his workout plan which was quite varied (as he gets bored in the gym easily)
The fact that he's a celeb is neither here nor there, he was a national level diver before that. Point is I was looking for someone a little older who roughly had the tone and definition I liked the look of, to see what his dietary habits were. Wish I'd learned of his ten years ago. It's been more successful than anything else I've tried. Plus the dietitian at my health club talks along the same lines0 -
