100 day Challenge #23 May15.25 – August 22.25

Posting late today. Yesterday was a strange day, I exercised and we walked the dog in the morning. Then in the afternoon, I was just wiped out and mostly stayed on the couch.
Went just a hair over my IN target. I changed my conditional formatting to show:
- less than or equal to target IN as green
- between target IN +1 and +50 as orange
- over target IN +50 as red
Today is going to be a high IN and low OUT day, but I'll report on today tomorrow morning.

@age_is_just_a_number , I hear you! My big size is getting looser on me all the time. I remember when I lost 50 pounds 10 years ago, I swore I would never buy big clothes again. Well, that didn't happen. I did keep some of the smaller clothes with hopes I would wear them again some day. And I am determined that I will NOT gain the weight back again. We will both get there!
Day 71—07/24— 163.8 - I don't know how l lost a day! I must be getting old...ha, ha! I had a hard boiled egg sandwich for lunch. Dinner will probably be left over turkey chili.
I ordered a new pair of shorts that came today. When I took them out of the package, I thought oh no...they would be too small, but I tried them anyway. Well, they are a tad snug, but no problem putting them on....I was pleasantly surprised. I figure a few more pounds and they will be perfect.
Day 72—07/25— 164 - Done eating for the day. Had fish and veggies for dinner. I had to go to CVS to pick ip my CGM'S so I have those to monitor my blood sugar. Will be a quiet evening. Might go swimming tomorrow.
