    Happy Sunday, still at the plateau! But I am going to keep doing what I am doing, it should be dropping soon. I am eating well but I am exercising more which might keep more water in my system.

    I am 57, 6'2", my goal for the 100 days is 189 or better. I started at 4/11/2025 at ~217.

    More than ever, I need to focus on my health. I know what to do, I just need to work on consistency.

    Week 10

    Day 64—07/17—143.9  For the past week and a half, I’ve been consistent with getting in at least 30–45 minutes of daily physical activity, and I’m hoping to keep that going. Food choices can be tricky, though. I do have two planned dining-out occasions this weekend that I’ll need to be mindful of.

    Yesterday’s exercise: 20-min cycling, 45-min brisk dog walk. Leg extensions to strengthen my knees. 5-min stretch.

    Day 65—07/18—144.5 Guess this uptick shouldn’t surprise me. Cocktails and pasta last night, with a bit of an unhealthy snack. There’s also dinner with friends tonight. I need a workout today.

    Day 66—07/19—144.5 A few glasses of red wine last night, a couple bites of the appetizers and Miso Broiled Ahi w/Mushroom Risotto. So good. Glad I worked out beforehand. Today I'm meeting classmates for lunch at a steakhouse. Here we go again.

    Yesterday - went over, ate lunch too late and ate more than I normally would at lunch.

    Pre-posting for today - attended the baby shower, which meant 2 hour drive there and back, sitting and standing for 2 hours at the party, then visiting with my inlaws. Mostly carbs, had some cheese and fruit. Strangely, no veggie tray. I had offered to bring a veggie tray, but they didn't take me up on that offer. Logged after the shower all the little bits and bobs and was surprised by how much it added up; especially because I did not feel full or satisfied. It really drove home for me that refined carbs have no 'staying power'. I kept my dinner smaller and healthier to stay within my calories for the day. I've got a couple of more hours before bedtime, so I'm hoping posting now will give me that extra bit of motivation to not have an evening snack.

    Thanks Dawnbgethealthy!! Yes I am so excited!! But still have to focus cause my weight always goes up and down. But like @Jon_8306 said I’m maintaining! I’m happy with that (not gaining like I was before!). Still trying to bring down those numbers though!!! We gotta keep pushing even when we get to a plateau 🙌

    I had the chance to catch up with my sleep over the weekend. I mention this because lack of sleep really throws off all of my habits. Yesterday's exercise included a dance workout, a strength workout, and a cooldown stretch.
