Up and At Em

Hello everyone! Am I the only one who feels like it’s BEEN A COUPLE YEARS that felt like I’ve been in a funk? I’m trying to get back at it with health habits that include self care, exercise and some wiser nutrition choices. I have found it particularly difficult this time around to find the motivation but I gotta start somewhere and posting on a board for accountability might be what I need! Here’s to a better present and future!

it does seem to get harder as we get older. I don’t mean YOU’RE getting older, I’m speaking only for myself! :) good luck and even small gains are good gains !

I just redownloaded this app this evening after using it several years ago. I lost around 50 lbs about 5 years ago. Then little by little most of it came back after not focusing on my nutrition and fitness like I should be. I’m also ready to get back on it!
