Does soy bologna count? I eat a lot of soy bologna sammiches. It's, like, extra processed because they use soy to make a whole bunch of different animals, and then mix together all of the otherwise unusable parts to make a very convenient vegetarian lunch product.

I eat processed foods. I do all things in moderation. I eat cupcakes. I eat crackers. I eat chips.
The difference for me today from a year ago is that I eat them rarely and the rest of the time eat pretty decently. But I do eat packaged easy to cook foods at night like pasta mixes, etc. I just make sure I'm eating tons of lean protein and fresh fruits and veggies, and the occasional processed food option has not sabotaged my weight loss.0 -
