    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? not sure
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? no
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Took my daughter and her friend out trick\treating. I'm not a fan of Halloween but I had a nice time.
    What would I have done differently? Not run around like a nut...LOL Take time to have dinner.
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track everything, get a walk in

    Sun- 12.5 mile bike ride
    Mon - 1.5 mile walk

    Wed - 40 mins elliptical

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Dressed up and handed out chips.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What are today's personal goals? Healthy choices, drink my water, Strength + cardio- Done



    Mon - No exercise due to flu shot
    Tues - Upper body w/ weights 30 min + Biking turbo trainer 20 min
    Wed - No exercise, stayed at hospital with my friend during her chemo treatment. Lots of sitting. :ohwell:
    Thurs - Pilates reformer class 60 min.
    Friday- Lower Body w/ ankle weights 30 min + Biking 20 min

    Well, I'm within 1 pound of my ticker weight. I did not want to change it, because I don't want to get cheered for losing the same weight that I'd already lost a while back. I am excited that I am getting back on track & inwardly that is what I celebrate. I will be very happy once I am back to 11 pounds lost -- just 1 more pound. I am very motivated this go round.

    Oct. 31st - Thursday

    Did I reach personal goal? no
    What did I do that I am proud of? exercise
    What would I have done differently? Been stronger & not fall prey to emotions and have a major binge on Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. Those were only bought by request of my son. He wanted to have "good candy" for Trick or Treaters - - of which we had exactly ZERO! Our street was very dark last night.
    What are tomorrow's personal goals? stay under in calories & exercise

    GW at the end of the Fall 2013 check in Dec. 21st? 133 lbs

    Sun - None
    Mon. - Walked 30 minutes
    Tues - 40 push-ups, 50 dips, triceps extensions with 3 lbs, back exercises including sit ups & planks.
    Wedn. - 30 min. dancing
    Thurs. - 30 min. dancing

    What are today's personal goals? Stay under calorie goal and exercise via manual labor at work and home :)

    Mon - 30 minutes walking and yoga stretches
    Tues - 35 minutes unpacking/cleaning
    Wed - 20 minute walk
    Thurs - 10 minute walk
    Fri - 25 minute manual labor at work (so far)

    Sorry haven't been able to keep up with y'all for a few days. I will say that I am back to my ticker weight! 142 lbs.

    GW at the end of the Fall 2013 check in Dec. 21st? 133 lbs

    I doubt that I will be able to meet this goal... but that's what I started this Fall Check in with.
    In all honesty, at this point... I will be happy if I just drop down one more pound & am able to maintain it.

    Wed - started tracking again, ran 2 miles
    Thurs - ran 2 miles, walked 1 mile
    Fri - missed my strength training- schedule got away from me
    Sat - lots of hiking (hunted this weekend)

    to GoldK- Bodymedia was ok, the armband worked great but extended time on my arm- my skin would get irritated. So after almost a year using it I had to stop because my arm itched too much from the metal on the tracker. I'm using the Fitbit flex now.

    What would I have done differently? Avoided the night time chocolate...it fit in my goals but I had strange dreams

    Last week:
    Mon - 30 minutes walking and yoga stretches
    Tues - 35 minutes unpacking/cleaning
    Wed - 20 minute walk
    Thurs - 10 minute walk

    Sat - 5-6 hours packing/purging/cleaning
    Sun- 5 hours packing/purging/carrying things down stairs

    Thanks! I'm not sure how I would feel about wearing it 24/7. I'll keep researching...
