Wow... amazing! Just came from another message board posted of a girl who also lost over 80 lbs. Very inspiring! Anyone who says they are stuck being fat because losing weight is too hard (or like me and everyone else I know saying they've hit a plateau) needs to bump it up, make a change and realize... it can be done.
