The body keeps an accurate diary no matter what you write down. It doesn't sound like you're ready to admit you're not a special snowflake so I recommend getting your thyroid checked, that MUST be it.

This is going to go in my favorite fitness quotes book.

So, OP, you have received some wonderful advice here. The first thing you have to do is start logging everything. That's the only thing you have to change today. Start logging, to ensure you are at a calorie deficit.

Do that for a month. Then, please start another thread if you are still struggling, and you will get help. Support here isn't always a pat on the back - sometimes, it is a wake up call. Don't beat yourself up, and don't apologise any more. Just agree to accept the advice you have been given and use it.

The people here are taking the time to reply to you because they don't want you to fail. Caring is expressed in different ways. By bothering to respond, instead of just ignoring your thread, these people have shown you that they care and they think you can succeed.

thanks to everyone who is being helpful and supportive. i've been trying to net the 1600 to start because on some days i jsut can't eat that much- Three THOUSAND calories?!

i'm a gym rat and i feel like crap physically if i'm not working out a ton. i was working out 4h a day through my first trimester and 1-2 the rest of my pregnancy.

move on from judging my lifestyle and answer the question please.

I know, I'm way back on page one...

...but wha? Perhaps the judging posts were removed, but I didn't see any...

...and 4h/day workouts? There are extremely limited situations where that is a good idea. I'm interested to find out if OP's was one of them...

...so I'll keep reading through to catch up.

    Congratulations on the loss !
I still would like to suggest for you to take some of the advise you were given seriously, because no, I don't think you are doing fine. Or do you know what you did right to repeat this loss over and over again ( even if it is less than two pounds ). ? As long as you don't really know what you are doing, you are not fine. Don't mean to burst your bubble, but that is just how it is.....:o). And no, I also don't think that this loss vindicates you, because the facts to which people have commented and given advise on are not changed by the fact ( coincidence ?) that you have lost.
    Again, congratulation on your loss.

Look. After being stuck at exactly 182.8 for so long, I'm taking this as I started eating back some of my exercise calories and the scale moved. I must not be as stupid as y'all think.

Ah, my favorite kind of post.

"I'm not losing weight doing what I'm doing."

[Chorus of advice to change what you're doing, with multiple suggestions]

"Y'all are all mean and awful!!"

[chorus of people trying to explain that they aren't picking on you or tearing you down, they're trying to answer your question and help you.]

"My spouse/partner/mom says you guys suck!" [Hair flounce]

    And scene.

It's water weight it'll be back tomorrow. Don't you worry.

Jesus, you really shouldn't post in forums when you don't really want advice. Stop wasting our time. I'm not trying to be mean, but there are people on the forums that actually need good advice and for every bs post like this where the OP doesn't actually want advice and just wants to argue with people who know what they are talking about takes away from the legitimate people that need and want help.

So please next time you want "advice" write to Dear Abby or Dear Diary. Save us all some time.

Or the people telling you to log can since you lost weight since you've been logging. Either way, that's a relief, but I do hope that your doctor is ok with your exercise plan.
