    Checking in with another pound lost so now I'm 184. Current long term goal is 160 which I may change to a lower weight now that I've found MFP.

    Wow, I didn't quite expect to lose any weight this month as I've gone to a few finger food parties due to the holidays. I just get right back on track the next day. Impossible to log food at finger food parties. I just hit lots of the veggies first but I must have my wine!

    129.2! I'm more than 1.5 lbs under my goal weight! I started at 138.8 and can't believe that I've lost over 10 lbs in 3 months.

    I met my Christmas goal of 140, however over the holidays I've gained 2lbs. I've started lifting so will be looking at inches as well as lbs. I'm down 1 inch.
    That said, My Goal for January is to be back at 140, then 139 by valentines day (10% lost, since joining MFP, 35lbs overall)
