I et breakfast everyday and I've lost 52 pounds nearly and went from 30 percent body fat to now 19. All this time I was doin it wrong! Lol any diet where you keep up with what you eat and eat under your calories ypu will loose weight also exercise0

16:8 Intermittent Fasting/Feeding. I've tried but it interferes with my morning Starbucks :drinker: but wasn't too bad.
Bottom line.......you still eat your allotted amount of calories just in 8 hrs instead of throughout the day...........calories in/calories out. Glad it worked for you.0 -

I eat bacon with my breakfast every day and have lost 43...
However, some of my friends are successful with intermittent fasting. No health reasons against it.0 -
