Expecting another 15" this weekend. If the weather holds I'll be on my skis. for now this is what I'm Biking on.
Dean, I had to put on a jacket just to look at your picture...brrrr. I promise not to whine about the wind here in California. :bigsmile:
I managed 3.86 miles walking and 12.3 miles on the recumbent. Total --16.16 miles today.

Two weeks of guests, one a beach goer and the second was a golfer who liked to walk. The beach goer and I got a lot of walking in, mostly down to the beach to a bar or breakfast, but every mile counts. My last day in Florida today and then back to the cold north for a couple of weeks.

Ok that's about it. When I did my long run I had a banana at mile 13 and I thought about you all. So glad I'm not bananaphobic!!
