    Just for fun: What are you most thankful for in your journey to health? I'm thankful for the group of gals I work out with in the mornings. I'd lost my weight and then stopped using this site. Big mistake. A long stressful year and bad eating habits and I've gained. I'm starting today to eat better and use this site faithfully to help hold me accountable.

    I am thankful for feeling physically stronger while I work on strength training. The muscle helps support my back (which has damage) and I have been able to do more things with less pain.

    11/5: 111 (lost a lot of weight due to periods)
    11/10: 109.5 (goal weight achieved but losing 2 more because of glycogen stores when maintaining)

    I am most thankful for getting healthier. I have a family history of heart problems. SO being able to have my resting heart rate change so much is awesome. I am also thankful that now I have enough energy to keep up with my athletic husband and nieces and nephew. happy
