Just for fun: I am most thankful for the fact that I am less than 5lbs away from the goal I set for myself when I started. I am thankful for the attitude I have about myself since starting this whole thing.0 -

I was down to 142.2, but then gained 1.5 yesterday, but seeing how I didn't eat THAT much food, I'll be losing that in the next few days more than likely. Still, either way, I made it to 5 pounds lost, so I'm happy with it0 -
I'll be setting up the December group momentarily! Unfortunately for me, this month ended up more as moderator rather than loser, but the whole point of being here is NEVER GIVE UP!0

11/5: 111 (lost a lot of weight due to periods)
11/10: 109.5 (goal weight achieved but losing 2 more because of glycogen stores when maintaining)

End Of the Month: 106 (upping my calories and trying to get things stable...)
Total weight lost: 10 so far but I want to lose 13 in totals

11/22 199.8 loss of 0.4lb well 4/10ths is a loss I'll take that. Better than a gain.
11/30 196.4 loss of 3.4lb. WOW! Sure didn't expect that. I'll take it. :happy:

I'm thankful that I was able to get off of a very self-destructive path and turn things around. There was a part of me that thought I wouldn't ever make it back. It took about a year and a half to do so. Hope to continue making the right decisions. Thankful for this idea/motivation. Thank you for posting!!0 -
