    Just for fun: What are you most thankful for in your journey to health? I'm thankful for the group of gals I work out with in the mornings. I'd lost my weight and then stopped using this site. Big mistake. A long stressful year and bad eating habits and I've gained. I'm starting today to eat better and use this site faithfully to help hold me accountable.

    Learning that I CAN do what ever I set my mind to. I didn't think I could run, but I have run 11 miles in one "run". I also didn't think I could lift heavy weights, but I've done that too! I am also thankful for the support of my husband. He makes time for me to work out even when he has to work late or has other things around the house to get done. He has been great!!
