Hello! I don't want to lose 5 but 3 but I guess it's ok if I join too!

11/10: 109.5 (goal weight achieved but losing 2 more because of glycogen stores when maintaining)

I am most thankful for getting healthier. I have a family history of heart problems. SO being able to have my resting heart rate change so much is awesome. I am also thankful that now I have enough energy to keep up with my athletic husband and nieces and nephew. happy0 -

Hi all, starting November a bit late. I had been part of this challenge for the last six months or so but kind of got preoccupied with my new job and moving. Also, I am most thankful that we have such available food in developed countries that most of us don't ever have to worry about going hungry; rather we worry about losing weight. We are blessed to even have such resources.

I am furious with myself.
I basically binged all of last week. And I mean ALL of last week. I was even too ashamed to log any of it really, it was that bad. It's also TOM right now so I knew the numbers would be horrible. I just didn't expect it to be 3kg (6 pounds!!!!!) over last week's weight. So I'm going to pull out my 'water weight' card once more and put it down in front of me. I know what I did wrong. I know this week will be better. I will not overeat on crisps and chocolate and cookies. I will go to the gym and cycle in to work at least on one day. Let's just hope that all of this means the scales will be kinder to me on Saturday.0 -

Just for fun: What are you most thankful for in your journey to health? I am thankful for my boyfriend. He is extremely supportive and tells me daily how proud he is of how hard I'm working. If I hit my goal this month I'll be down 30 lbs since I started dedicating myself to dieting/exercising again (start date 8/24/13) and he has been a huge motivational booster to that number.0 -

Nov. 25 - 179.9 Almost there!!! I made the 5 lb mark, but I wanted to get to 179. Now to focus for the rest of the week.
I am thankful for feeling physically stronger while I work on strength training. The muscle helps support my back (which has damage) and I have been able to do more things with less pain.0 -
