    From what I see, I'll accomplish my goal early in November
    Hello! I don't want to lose 5 but 3 but I guess it's ok if I join too!

    My new confidence, the fact that I accomplished something, that I feel better about what I look. I love my new habits.

    I'm thankful for my supportive husband, who told me he was proud of me last night (aww!) He has never once complained about my weight or made be feel bad about myself. He tells me I'm beautiful with his words and actions. And he's super cute too :)

    Getting physically healthier. Working on making my heart healthy and getting my blood pressure to a good spot. Thankful for the support I currently have.

    Besides being thankful for MFP and all my MFP friends and the support on here, I'm thankful for the area where I live, in a small town with plenty of sidewalks where I can walk, near a beautiful national park. I'm also thankful for my wonderful dog, who gets me off the couch. Dogs rule!

    I'm thankful that I was able to get off of a very self-destructive path and turn things around. There was a part of me that thought I wouldn't ever make it back. It took about a year and a half to do so. Hope to continue making the right decisions. Thankful for this idea/motivation. Thank you for posting!! :smile:

    I cannot believe it! How on Earth did I gain 2 lbs? I didn't go over my calories the whole week! This is so frustrating! :explode:

    Very sad that my weight is the same :( My calories have been good, so I'm not sure what is going on! My scale has been STUCK at 183 for weeks!

    I am up, but I have been doing better so I'm not going to complain. I am super sore from lifting weights this week and I've walked every day since Saturday, so I'm hoping my gain is just fluid retention. Next week will be better :)
