    Coffee - Brewed from grounds
    Milk - Whole, 3.25% milkfat
    Kroger - Granulated Sugar
    L'oven Fresh - White bread
    n/a - Honey
    Minute - White rice
Generic - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Boiled
Aldi Happy Harvest - Sliced Carrots - Canned

I have no idea why honey and rice are in the top ten, cuz I haven't eaten rice in over a month and honey only goes into my tea, which I haven't had in weeks. Otherwise, this makes it look like all I consume is coffee and salads. xD

    love this topic!

    My top ten of december:

    1 Fruit - Banane (Petite)
    2 Chia Seeds - 1 Tsp.
3 Olive Oil - Extra Virgin
4 Palais Des Thes - Rooibos Des Vahines

I noticed that most of is is food I eat at breakfast, as it is my most repetitive meal (elsewhere I'm trying to vary what I eat as much as possible :) )
I'm very, very surprised that chocolate didn't made it on the top ten (I developed almost an addiction lately :).....)

Stopped eating the whole hard boiled egg and switched to only the egg whites a few months ago. I also cut out the cereal (carbs), yogurt (sugar), bread (carbs) about the same time. But still that sounds pretty accurate to me.
This is pretty interesting though. I never thought to do this to see what I was eating a lot. Glad to see a bunch of fruits made it to the list LOL!
