    Hi! This was the first message board I saw and I am definitely down/ I'm giving birth to a baby in less than two weeks but I have already started cutting my calories to get ready for my fitness journey. I'm still pretty young so I'm hoping to get the results I want with other girls who have the same goals as me. I want to lose 50+ pounds so count me in too! desare92 Good luck to everyone!

    I am a gal who is 57 and have about 120 pounds to lose. A friend at work was very successful using myfitnesspal, so I am going to give it a try. I am sick and tired of feeling so sick and tired!
