No. I eat fruit. I use olive oil and dairy in moderation. Except ice cream. Ice cream is good. I've been maintaining my 50+ pound weight loss for almost two years. None of the evil foods I eat have hindered my progress. So...why so much hate on those of us who have been successful? Hmmm?0 -

Oil is to fat what white refined sugar is to carbohydrates. It's refined, concentrated calories, all of them from fat, with no fiber, water, micronutrients, etc.Plain and simple, the body needs oil/fat in it to function, no way around that.
So if you get that fat/oil from milk or olive oil, so be it.

I eat fruit, use olive oil and eat cheese every day. I somehow managed to lose 40+ pounds and keep it off for 10 years. I guess we're magical unicorns.0 -
