That when you put a ;) at the end of a sentence you can say anything without making people mad
Well, shoot! That's what I've been doing wrong. I thought you supposed to start the sentence with "No offense, but..." and then proceed to be offensive. :blushing:

this is a skill is should probably master.

:flowerforyou: no offense, but your father was a hamster and your mother smelled of elderberries. ;)

^ did i do that right?

That some people consider vacuuming a workout and log it...

    lol this above
    plus:

    - I discovered how deep my denial was
    - I have met great support and friends along the way
    - Rest is good
    - A lot of us were clueless about weightless before learning here

The only way vacuuming should be considered a workout is if it involves a black hole.

    1) That portions matter... a lot
    2) Carbs are the devil --- and that sugar addiction is a real thing
    3) That everyone's opinions are on par with scientific facts... and I'm always wrong

BONUS: A calorie is a calorie .... unless its not. alternate form: its all about the math (calories in, calories out)... unless its not again.
Something about TDEE and roadmaps and inter. fasting and etc

-That people can be just as awesome
-That we focus too much external appearances
-Discipline, commitment, dedication and most importantly patience is key to success
