    12/1- 60 min w/ trainer (20 min boxing, 15 min hill intervals, 25 min battle rope intervals).

    Okay. Sounds great. Yesterday I did the following:
    40 mins = 2 miles walk
    30 mins = yoga
    20 mins = Pilates

    Total = 90 mins
  • Day 2
    5 minutes of intense cardio ( monthly fit challenge) + 20 minutes of stretching (full body) + 30 minutes of slow walking = 55 minutes

    22 hours and 40 minutes- 55 minutes= 21 hours 45 minutes (to go) !

    This sounds great--I am in!

    Just learned that I'm moving this month (ugh), so maybe I'll count lugging furniture out of my 4th-floor walk-up towards the 24 hour goal. :)

    I'd love to participate in this! Just saw it today.

    I have a 60 minute workout tonight, and a 15 minute walk. I'll do it in minutes too, to count my walks. So 1,365 minutes to go!

    24 Hour December Challenge

    1st - 1 hour 30 minutes (Treadmill) = 22 hours 30 minutes left
    2nd - 1 hour (Zumba) = 21 hours 30 minutes left

    I had 10minutes on elliptical for warm up and 50 minutes strength training with my Personal trainer today :)

    A great challenge to keep me accountable during December!

    12/01...............walk 3.5 mph (50 minutes)
    12/02...............run / walk (5.3 mph for 3.5 mile run and 3.5 mph for 2 mile walk (75 minutes)

    I am loving this challenge because it's going to help me win another important challenge during a time in which my favorite activity is off-limits per doctor's orders.
