Had a long day today, 6 hours of driving, a long meeting and a business lunch, so really didn't feel like doing any exercise. However, this spured me on to the gym, 20 mins cross trainer, 30 mins weights / resistance, 35 mins treadmill running.

I did the 24 hours for the month of January. Starting the second week of January and completing it on Jan 30. I worked my butt off!!! But I did It!!!!0
