    Just rediscovered MFP, particularly the message boards section! Made the account awhile back but didn't actually use it properly, however I'm determined to do it properly this time. This sounds like a great idea! I know it's already the 18th but I'll do my best! :smile:

    Did one hour at the gym earlier - cross trainer.

    I love this idea though getting into it late already at 2.5 hours from the last 3-4 days. Is it fair to count when I walk to and from classes? If not than just 2 hours. So 1/17/14 and 2 hours in. 22 left to go.

    (Includes 40 min., 2.2-mile walk + 1:30:37, 7.41 miles of running.)

    OK, so yesterday, 35 mins cross trainer, 45 mins strength / weights / resistance and then 35 mins on treadmill. 655 mins left.

    So far I have 19 hours and 40 minutes .... cycling 2 hours / day (transportation to work) + strength exercises which I don't even consider for a training ...
