    @Jagreene62, I hope you recover well from the jogging! My left hip tends to act up a bit, but side-bend stretches are my friends.

    Thanks....yes just started a little of the Wii Yoga and stretching exercises from PT for sometime now. PT hurts every time I go, but it feels much better after. No pain...No gain, I guess!! :noway:

    You've had a tough month and you've been doing what was necessary. Kudos to you for persevering and for getting back on the horse. Wishing your dad a good recovery.
