1st - 2 hours 15 minutes (Treadmill, Stretching, Cleaning & Cooking)
2nd - 1 hour (Treadmill, Aerobics, Curcuit Training)
3rd - 1 hour (Zumba)
4th - 1 hour 15 minutes (Treadmill)
5th - 3 hours (Treadmill)
6th - 2 hours 30 minutes (Zumba and Wii Fit)

Bit late to this but think it's a great idea. I'm hoping this should be straightforward as I'm training for a half marathon in May so I've started doing a lot(for me) each week.
So far - Wednesday 10 mins running, Thursday 41 mins gym machines, Saturday 45 mins running, Sunday 110 minutes spinning, kettlebells and a run, Monday 22 minutes swimming and kettlebells, Tuesday 42 minutes running
