I'm trying to lose weight through through a combination of lots of exercise and a big diet change. Exercisewise I want to do about 90 mins every day and will be doing weight training, treadmill, hiking, cycling, swimming, yoga, and Insanity. Dietwise, I'm cutting out all 'junk' food, and fast food. Eating mainly fruit/veg, nuts, meat, and my beloved AllBran0 -

Hi I'm 27 years old and a mom to two little guys. I have just started my journey and have lost 8lbs so far. I would love to loose 160lbs total but 135lbs total loss might be a more realistic starting point. I am over 300lbs now and would love to have friends on my page with similar large goals.0

Hi Guys, I'm a 34 year old dad, 12yo son and married. I'm 5'10" and would love to have some weight loss friends, especially if you're in Ohio! Would be nice to have a local that can relate and challenge once it fricking thaws out.
I just started my weight loss journey in November after Gall Bladder surgery that didn't go so well. My first month was great, lost almost 40 pounds, then I hit a wall even though I was dieting and exercising more but I finally started shaving a few pounds again this week.
My Starting Weight was 376.
My Current Weight is 338.
My Goal Weight is 200.
I'd love to get down to 160-180 but I'll reevaluate that when I get to 200 lol.0 -

I work out when I can...my husband is a firefighter and has an odd schedule, we have two kids still in grade school. We ride motorcycles on the weekend. Recently been sidelined in my journey due to the flu, fortunately it helped me by losing a pound! Both "yay" and "boo" if you know what I mean. Just looking for someone that will give some feed back on my posts, not looking to be another in their "collection" of friends.

Not set goal weight yet, probably would like to drop around 100lb.

No kids, just me and my boyf, work full time, but cook quite a bit and try and include plenty of fruit and veg. Exercise is currently plenty of walking and a few gym classes.
