@monstalosta You'd have to stay there in order to train me, therefore at least for a few nights you wouldnt be going home earlier and youd be stuck with an extra responsibility. Plus paying me overtime.....

Im cool with it, but you might wanna rethink it lol

Sad that I am not on nights persay and I am the only one replying right now!

That being said, those of us working on nights are probably....well working/busy.... and replying whenever we get a moment between tasks.

True but when I WAS on full nights t was a lot more active

Well sweetheart not all of us are allotted that opportunity with our careers. Sorry to disappoint.

No, that is not what I meant. I meant that the THREAD was more active. I missed an I in "IT was more active" Not me. That was not the point.

I can only imagine how many more pot dogs I would see if I lived in Washington or Colorado.

@sufferlandrian Maybe or maybe since it is legal there is more education on that.

@cindytw - It would be nice to think so, but Medical Marijuana is legal here and we still have people feeding it to their dogs. Folks, it doesn't do the same for your dog that it does for you. I do enjoy the look on kids faces when you tell the owners that the dog is suffering from THC exposure and the first thing they do is accuse the friend of their kid.

no one should need any education on that IMO.......you would not leave your bottle of vodka out for your dog to drink...why leave your stash......should be locked up at all times....legal or not......

So is it any good or what????....get rolling fella....;).....lol.....where do you live if its legal??

I have no idea. Medical Marijuana is legal, but I don't have any need for it. Besides, I would lose my license if I did. Quite frankly, I don't care how good it is. I have a family that I adore and that depend on me. It's not worth it. If I was going to lose my license, it wouldn't be for something that costs me money.

I agree with suffer. But, I do think it should be legal across the board, medical or not, if not only for the tax purposes.

2 years ago I was in a car crash...pretty bad one...and I was prescribed pain killers....tramadol....now I am not a drug taker..I hate taking paracetomol or aspirin, I just never have, but this time I was in some pain, anyways....I took them for about 6 weeks, and said to myself right I need to stop...so I went from 8 a day to 4 a day cut back....well I went funny, dizzy, staggering, bumping into things, confused....went to docs, was told I was addicted to them and had come off them too quick....frightened the life out of me........had to drop 1 tab a week for 8 weeks.....could not work / drive was stuck at home...it was awful..........

Wow! I didn't know tramadol could do that. I'll have to keep that in mind. I don't use it in dogs but I know a lot of vets that do.

Speaking of dogs, we had to put down our beloved Sandi yesterday. She stopped eating. Turns out she had bladder stones and they blocked her urethra and then her bladder burst. Surgery was SO expensive and we were told her chance of recovery was less than 30%. She was an almost 11 year old Shar pie mix and an amazing companion. I miss her so much. :bawling:
