We all just trying to keep moving in this group so step right in and set a goal that works for you! I know when I started my typical day was about 3,000 steps and I had days under 2,000 steps..0 -

Look at your ticker! NOBODY is going to call you a slacker :flowerforyou:
When I first bought a pedometer a few years ago I was doing about 4 or 5k each day - it took me a while to get up to 10k and I've increased it slowly as I've got fitter.
Please don't be put off by the big numbers, just jump in!0 -

I have the fitbit zip which is really helpful! I have lost 5lbs this month so far! I average about 70,000 steps per week so far. Usually there is 1 day that's lower than the rest

--> Never ever feel like you're competing against anyone else. If anything, we're trying to compete against ourselves (that's me, anyway, lol)--see if we can do better than we did before. But we all started somewhere, and we all come from different circumstances with different challenges. The important things is just to get moving! ^_^0 -
