I thought maybe I would join, but i would feel like a slacker in comparison. I just bought a fitbit force to help me keep track, I will be lucky if I can get to 5000 for a while. I will work up to this.0

We all just trying to keep moving in this group so step right in and set a goal that works for you! I know when I started my typical day was about 3,000 steps and I had days under 2,000 steps..0 -

Look at your ticker! NOBODY is going to call you a slacker :flowerforyou:
When I first bought a pedometer a few years ago I was doing about 4 or 5k each day - it took me a while to get up to 10k and I've increased it slowly as I've got fitter.
Please don't be put off by the big numbers, just jump in!0
