    Tue: 60 minutes Jazzercize
    Wed: 60 minutes Jazzercize
    Thur: 0 frown but I did get a bunch of work done
    Fri: 60 minutes cleaning (DH had me putting clothes away before our wine tasting - numerous trips up and down the stairs)
    Sat: 60 minutes stationary bike

    Thank you for this. I learned that perfection doesn't trump good enough. I learned there was pretty much always an ability to do 30 minutes of exercise. And I realize I moved on days that I wouldn't have, like my birthday on the 24th, but for this challenge.
