    Sure, why not. I've been wanting to up my exercise and this might be a good way for me to do it. I'll shoot for the 180 for now and see what happens. I want to up my inches lost as I have to dressy functions coming up and Id like to look smokin hot for (One in April and One in June!).

    I am almost there on my minutes, increasing the minutes and calories burned each week until i am satisfied with it. Here are the minutes and calories burned for this week. thanks for reading my post:

    this was an awesome week for me.
