    Thanks for this. Because of this challenge,I got on the stair mill at 9:35 pm. I'd already gone to religious services, and knew today and tomorrow would be busy. I'm confident I would not have gone but for this challenge.

    Week # 1 – February 3rd -- Goal 240 minutes

    Mon: 60 minutes of low impact aerobics
    Tue: 70 minutes including 50 minutes of Zumba Gold plus 20 minutes PNF patterns
    Wed: 60 minutes Dynamic Definition: Step plus weights
    Thur: 60 minutes Shoveling snow and Roof raking....but the snow was really light and fluffy so I only logged it for a 45 min. burn!
    Fri: 60 minutes Low impact aerobics
    Sat: 60 minutes of Zumba
    Sun:

    Total: 370 minutes

    Well that was pretty easy, so maybe I'll try for 350 minutes next week.
  • Didn't see this until now but somehow I made it into the first week. I'll aim for 180 minutes to start. 8+ hours of class a day make it hard to do much more, especially since I'm not counting any walking I do to get from place to place.

    This looks like it'd be a great motivator. I've just recently gotten back on the work-out wagon (end of January).

    Week # 1 – February 3rd -- Goal 180 minutes:

    Mon: 51 walking
    Tue: 21 walking, 25 kickboxing
    Wed: 32 walking, 20 elliptical
    Thur: 60 walking
    Fri: 26 walking
    Sat: 60 cleaning (sweeping, scrubbing floors, etc.)
    Sun:

    Total / min left: 295 / -115

    So far so good. :smile: Would like to have to have more intense cardio work-outs.

    My plan to dance in the basement was thwarted by shopping with my husband. I got a new laptop (will pick it up tomorrow), we got the new router (finally!) and he got new pants (he has lost 10 pounds so far - plus he needed new jeans anyway). At least 20 minutes of walking though so tomorrow, the basement dance is ON !
