OMG I lift, and love it! It burns calories long after you've left the gym. It's Cardio that makes you FAT!!!! (Mainly for women after 20 minutes of steady paced cardio)

Mine lets me spend 45 minutes a day doing whatever i want at the gym, as long as all my responsibilities as a wife and mother are taken care of by the time i leave.
