:noway: If you had only one tip to offer for weight loss, what is your tip and please don't say "eat less." :noway:

GET RID OF YOUR CAR AND YOUR TELEVISION Sitting in a car and/or sitting in front of the boob tube are the two most destructive things you can do to your body. You will be amazed at how easy it is to stay healthy once these demons are out of your life.

I will never give up my car, or travel by the looser cruiser (aka the bus) :D

    Fat Loss Secret
If we eat more calories than our body requires, we will gain weight.
If we eat less calories than our body needs, we will lose weight.

    Also........

Don't eat back your burn exercise calories!

Do something - even if it is wrong.
Waiting for the right conditions to do things right will simply postpone forever.

Do something - even if it is WRONG.
Drop the excuses and start taking action.

Do something - EVEN IF IT IS WRONG!
If you're moving in the wrong direction, make a course correction, but you ARE moving.

DO SOMETHING - EVEN IF IT IS WRONG!
Doing the same thing over and over again (nothing) and expecting different results is the defintion of insanity.

Be good to yourself, accept that weight loss may go slower than you like and never hate yourself if you gain some weight now and then.

    Um.... what?

calorie deficit helps you burn fat. The amount of protein you need depends on the person. And your last sentence makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Persistance.... just remember that this is a lifestyle and some changes you make will take longer to "learn" than others. Just stick with it, don't give up, and never, ever deprive yourself of the foods you love.
